ORDERS & SHIPPING:

Our Orders are Usually processed within 5-7 days business days. We are a small family run business & occasionally are out of the office at Woodcarving Events, in which case it can take up to 10-14 business days to get back & process the order. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Products are shipped from North Dakota & depending on your Postal zone may take up to 5-7 business days once shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS: If more than 15 business days have passed & You have not received your Original order, please contact us at info@moorecarvingwoodsupply.com.

SHIPPING CHARGES are by Weight & Zone.

Due to WOOD being HEAVY!  Shipping of Wood tends to be at a High Rate from ALL Carriers. This unfortunately is Reflected in the Shipping Charges and can not be avoided.
